Clouds over the Grand Canyon

The play of light this evening at Point Imperial was amazing. Clouds hang over Arizona's Grand Canyon and as the sun sets, portions of the Grand Canyon are filled with shadow or brilliant afternoon light. In this view, the sun is spotlighting Mt. Hayden as the wall of the North Rim of the Grand Canyon glow in varrying shades of red and amber.
